Dr. Ashok B. Amin, M.S.; Ph.D (U.S.A), Chairman and Managing Director Dr. Amin is the founder and guiding force of the organization. A visionary chemical technologist and entrepreneur, he has been instrumental in establishing and nurturing Aron Universal from its inception till date. With a doctorate from Iowa State University, he holds five US patents and has been the driving force when it comes to our research and development efforts to produce world class products at Aron. He is the recipient of several awards and citations including the Prestigious Professional Achievement in engineering from Iowa State University and the distinction of being listed in the “Who’s who of Asia”.
Mr.T Sriram
A Chartered accountant with sound commercial and financial background. Founded T.Sriram & Co in 1972.He has served as India National President of The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) Inc,USA.He is in the board of many foreign companies providing his expertise for doing business in India
Dr.P Sriram PhD. (Metallurgy), IIT-Chennai Over 35 yrs of experience in all faculties of Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, R &D and Management.He holds the position of Joint Managing Director of Rapsri Engineering Industries Ltd.
Mr.PC Ray M.Tech. M.I.Mech.E., MIMA He has over 60 yrs experience in domains of Mechanical Engineering and Engineering Management in some group companies like Tata group, Lakshmi group, Mafatlal group and other European companies too. Over 4 decades of varied experience being associated with M/s Lakshmi Machine Tools and widely travelled across the globe for various business assignments.
Mr.B.N Sampath Kumaran B.E (Electrical), MBA He has served the Industry Ministry as a Director and in senior positions for 30 yrs during which he has travelled quite extensively .He has served UNIDO as the ‘National expert’ for technology transfer across borders and helped set up Technology centres for the Govt. of Karnataka.He has also been the Advisor to President, FICCI and helped turnaround many group companies.
Mrs.Ansu Amin
She is an industrialist associated with the group business from its inception.
