CP Series

Bright Brilliant Beautiful

A formaldehyde-free, economical high-value performance, fluorescent colorants based on copolymer technology, Recommended for masterbatch manufacture and general purpose plastic use.

Customer Benefits- Made possible by flamingo CP Series:

  • Economical high-value performance: New proprietary copolymer based technology.
  • Easy to disperse at low temperature starting from 160°C: Low temperature melting property of colorants.
  • Faster processing and clean up: Excellent dispersion and flow along with minimal or no plate out to ensure ease of processing and color change overs.
  • Better Thermal Stability: Wide Processing range from 160°c to 280°C with minimal color change, including DIN EN 12877-2 Standard compliance up to 260°C.
  • Brighter shades with enhanced color consistency : New proprietary chemistry to deliver consistent bright-brilliant-beautiful colors.

Other information:

CP fluorescent series are much brighter than conventional non-fluorescent colors.

Opacity can be improved, if necessary, by small additions of rutile titanium dioxide. The fluorescent color will become more pastel as the quantity of titanium dioxide is increased.

CP series offers limited light fastness on exterior exposure. To enhance lightfastness, optimal pigment loading & UV Stabilizers could be used.

To obtain maximum colour and brightness it is important to use sufficient pigment. The quantity used will depend upon the thickness of the plastic product.
